How does NVERB.NET work?
Our process is very simple, once you sign up for a plan, we will setup your Registered Office in the USA, serve as your Registered Agent, setup your toll free phone number and toll free fax number if you had sign up for our communication package, and gather information, prepare and file papers to incorporate your company as Corporation, LLP or an LLC if you have chosen to do so. As a bonus if you sign up today, we will give you TOTALLY FREE conference phone number with up to 250 participants and no call time limit, yours to keep, even if you cancel the service.
How will I get my mails and calls that I receive at my Registered Office in USA?
We will fax all the official mail, tax statements, and legal communication free-of-charge to your local fax number in your country the same day. We will route all the incoming phone calls and incoming faxes to your local phone and local fax number in your country as well. So when someone calls your number in the USA, that call will your local phone, but it will be transparent to all the callers.
How does the pricing work?
Pricing is very simple with flat rate billing. You pay per year flat fee for the Registered Office and Registered Agent services. We fax you all the legal, tax and official mails free of cost. We charge $1 per page for general business mail with $5 minimum per fax. Pricing for the communication package is charged on a monthly cycle. We give you 250 minutes free on the toll-free phone and 250 minutes free on the toll-free fax service. If you use up all your free minutes, you can purchase additional block of 250 minutes for $49 each. For Business Incorporation service, our fee is flat plus the state fee, which is based on the type of business and licensing requirements, and usually start at about $250 per company.
Is my credit card information safe?
Absolutely, we use PayPal to process your payments. You provide your credit card information to Paypal on their site. The transaction takes place on their servers. We don't keep any of your credit card information in our database.
How do I get support?
Simply visit the NVERB.NET's contact us area where you can submit a ticket to our Client Services Team. All tickets are replied to within 24 hours (and most tickets are resolved much sooner than that). Again, call anytime.
Can anyone use NVERB.NET?
We accept most businesses, although we don't accept any businesses related to gambling, pharmaceuticals, adult-material, or any other offensive or illegal activities. We also reserve the right to refuse services to any customer with or without giving any reason. We will also terminate the subscription if we defect fraud, abuse or misuse of our services.
What other benefits are there to signing up with NVERB.NET?
All existing customers will receive discounts on the upcoming new services. Some of the upcoming services we are launching are international shipping service, video and audio conferencing, and directory of import, export, and outsourcers. We frequently get sales leads which we pass on to our members as well.
How long does it take to setup services?
You will have the Registered Office and the Registered Agent service setup the same day. We usually setup the phone and the fax service the same day as well, it may be delayed if toll-free numbers are back-ordered. We file the papers to form your company the same day we receive complete information.
Is there a long-term contract for your service? What is the refund policy?
There are no long term contracts for the communication package, though you sign up as recurring service for billing purposes, and you pay in advance for the month and you can cancel anytime you want. We don't offer any refunds or partial refunds for the amount already paid. Registered Office and Registered Agent services covers 1 year, no partial refunds or prorated refunds are made if cancelled in the middle of the year. There are no refunds on the Business Incorporation service as well.
